Accommodation

We have arranged various accommodation options and preferred rates for our delegates.  You can find more information about these options via the below links.

In English:   Link

In German:   Link

All delegate accommodation can be booked directly through these links with our accommodation partners in Salzburg.  We have selected properties which are all within a 15 minute walk to the Salzburg congress centre and you will find the selection includes 3* to 5* hotels.

All the rates quoted are per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast, taxes and service charges (except for the Villa Carlton where the room rates do not include breakfast).

Please note: unsold rooms will be returned to the hotels 4 weeks prior to the conference date and will be placed back on general sale so we strongly recommend that you book your accommodation before then.

Should you have any questions at all about reserving hotel rooms or would like to check your room reservation, please do contact Kati Reinel at our accommodation partners Salzburg Congress.
